Benidorm packs more high-rise living into 38 km² than anywhere else in Spain, and it is the one Costa Blanca town that stays busy in January. Two beaches, a hospital, a tram to Alicante, and restaurants that open year-round rather than closing in October.
Our 37 properties here are new-build and near-new, which puts them at the upper end of the town. One-bedroom apartments start at €275,000. Two bedrooms run €312,900-€630,000 with a median of €415,000. Three bedrooms start at €425,000 and run to €650,000. Six houses sit between €425,000 and €650,000.
Sierra Cortina holds 26 of them, up on the hill behind the town with golf, space and a car-dependent life: €312,900-€650,000, median €475,000. Cala Finestrat is the cheaper way in at €275,000-€550,000, a small cove beach at the Poniente end. The three Playa Poniente apartments are the ones with the sea in the window and price accordingly, €507,000-€607,000.
If you have seen Benidorm apartments advertised at €80,000-€150,000, those are real listings in the old town and the Levante back streets: small units in blocks from the 1960s and 1970s tourist boom. That market works, and it is not the one we operate in.
