Ciudad Quesada is a purpose-built urbanisation above Rojales, developed from the 1970s onwards and now effectively a town of its own, with La Marquesa golf course at its centre. It was built for Northern European buyers and never pretended otherwise, which makes it either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not.

How far is Ciudad Quesada from the beach?
About ten to fifteen minutes by car down to Guardamar or La Marina. There is no walkable beach. Buyers accept the drive for the space: four in ten of our listings here are houses with plots, against one in twenty-seven in Guardamar itself.
