    Most do, but the form varies. La Finca and Las Colinas owners get reduced green fees (typically €25-€45 per round vs €60-€95 for visitors) but no membership is included with property purchase. Roda Golf in Murcia includes a property-linked annual membership for the head of household, transferable on resale. Always read the comunidad rules: the discount usually applies only to the registered owner and one named partner, not to guests.

  • How much do community fees run on a golf-resort property?

    Range is wide. A 60 m² apartment in a small Algorfa complex with pool only runs around €60-€80/month. A 110 m² semi-detached in Villamartín with shared gardens and security gate hits €130-€180/month. A detached villa on La Finca with private pool but shared infrastructure (lake, jogging tracks, paddle courts) ranges €180-€260/month. Always request the comunidad budget for the past two years; large complexes occasionally vote special levies for pool resurfacing or road repaving.

  • Can a non-resident buy a Spanish golf property and rent it out short-term?

    Yes, the foreigner-buy process is identical to any other Spanish property purchase (NIE, lawyer, notary, registry). Short-term rental requires a Vivienda de Uso Turístico (VUT) license from the autonomous region.
