Torrevieja has the largest international community on the Costa Blanca South: around 84,000 residents, a big share of them foreign, with British, German, Scandinavian and Eastern European neighbours on the same stairwell. Two salt lakes, one pink and one green, sit behind 20 km of beach.

Los Balcones is the biggest single pocket in our catalogue: 23 properties between €259,000 and €409,000, inland enough to buy floor space instead of a sea view. Aguas Nuevas and La Mata price at the top because they are on the sand. Torreblanca and La Veleta land in between and stay walkable to the centre.
One thing to know before you compare portals. Torrevieja apartments do get advertised from €90,000, and those listings are genuine. They are mostly 1970s and 1980s blocks sold as-is, without a lift or parking. We do not take them on, which is why our entry price starts where it does.
