Benijófar is a small village on the Segura river, ten minutes inland from Guardamar, sitting between Rojales and Algorfa. It has a proper Spanish centre, a square, a weekly market and a permanent population in the low thousands, with residential development around the edges rather than replacing it.
Our stock here runs from about €250,000 to €465,000, with the middle near €350,000 and roughly €3,900 per square metre. It is almost all apartments, twenty-three of twenty-four, with sizes between 61 and 138 m². Three-bedroom homes make up the majority.
